I totally agree that I need to build a strong relationship with the buyer/s and know well the area I operate before thinking about "closing".

As I am trying to improve the way I present myself to my clients and offer my services, I am brainstorming some ideas to streamline the process.

I'd love to get your advice on this and I have jotted down a couple of questions and ideas in a short questionnaire.

my major concerns are to be efficient and effective when I present myself to the potential buyers/sellers without sounding salesly.
