My local affiliate (San Diego Association of Realtors) lists three options - First Tuesday, Rockwell, and OnlineEd.

For those of you who have done their subsequent renewal in the last couple years, what was your experience with one of these programs? Just to clarify, this is a subsequent license renewal, I did my first renewal in 2017. Salesperson, not broker.

Also, I need to have this completed by Friday 6/25 - how much should I be panicking right now?

Do the online courses. But start now, because if they are like tx, you have to wait 24 hrs to complete the course...ie if you open course at 3 pm today, you can't take test until tomorrow.

That's interesting. In MA, there are no tests for CE classes just a requirement to attend. They do work hard even in a virtual environment to make sure you are actually paying attention.

OnlineEd is popular here and most of their classes are good. I know Oregon requires that the class be as long as the credit hour so if it is a 3-hour class, the course moves at a 3-hour pace with pauses and such before you can get the certificate of completion. I don't know about CA laws. We require 30 hours for license renewal, but I don't know what CA requires so you had better get hauling.
