Most legitimate real estate professionals will not count on Realtor.com or any other national website for their data. They should have access to reliable information via their local Multiple Listing Service. Many buyers, however, sometimes rely on sites like zillow, trulia and realtor when they start searching for homes.
I own a $475,000 home in a very desirable central Florida neighborhood and it is listed with a realtor and in MLS. My gripe is that Realtors seem to count a lot on Realtor.com and yet it took an inordinate amount of time to get them to publish the information and it has wrong statistics or has omissions.
Any suggestions?
