Several firms do that in my area, however, my husband's CPA office is the one needing the space and then we rent from him. This is a really nice office complex we were looking at.
Here's the update:
I spoke to the seller at length today. Once she knew that she knew my sister (well) and that we know the same people in a sense, she really opened up to me, told me why they were selling and I am so glad we spoke.
She has a cash offer not at full price but close. She would prefer to take a cash offer over a financed one.
Ours would have financing.
