Check all the area Realtors' sites. Most have homes on their sites that are not necessarily their own listings. One may provide more (or different) info than another.

Most MLS's have an ILD (Internet Listing Display policy), the Brokerage in some case, the Realtors/members in others may have the right to display other brokerages listings, BUT, they must only show those approved fields and name the brokerage.

Some service providers, only let you do a basic search. Some MLS's have approved vendors, and members are not allowed to have a custom search.

Most MLS members can do a more specific search and have those automatically emailed to you.

But if the listing brokerage fails to complete the listing information fully, then your search does not find all the property matches.

For example here in Denver you can search lot size (by dimension or total sq ft) or acres. If acres are blank but the lot size is listed at 46,173 you have yourself more than an acre. Sometimes the lot size is listed as a part of the legal description, but that is not a search-able field by the public.

It's not a perfect system. It was designed by humans.
