Wow, I could not take it any more, I had to create an account just to respond to you people.

Give this Guy/Gal a break

You complain about how much time it takes to post a house on another website, but you have plenty of time to sit around surfing through forums and giving people asking for advice crappy answers?
Look,
I’ve been a web developer for 10+ years Bottom line is stick to it, make sure the site has excellent SEO, most of the clowns on here probably don’t know what SEO even means.
Make sure the site is very user friendly, don’t do any weird off the wall navigation layouts, keep the links to the top or left like most sites.
Make the site Clean looking and Eye pleasing, do some link exchanges, a little pay per click if you can afford it, a Google site map, and a little creative advertising and then just give it time, it will take a year before you see any decent results but it will work if you do it right and you can wait long enough.
How do you think the big sites got where they are, they did not stop when some moron told them to quit. I promise that.

Would you rather us lie to the guy about it? There are hundreds if not thousands of websites that do the same thing. At some point it gets to be too much to manage. At least we're honest about the situation rather than giving false hope.
