MPLS is getting ready for it's fall Parade of Homes and I am wondering if that brings more people out to look for homes. Do home purchases tend to go up during this time?

In our area it brought more people out but did sales go up because of it? No, not that I can see via our mls. Some of the buyers would not purchase because they thought pricing was inflated due to the 'show' of everything. Now...do builders do better during that time? Quite possibly but new builds such as that generally don't run in the mls or a system that you can track.
