How long does it take in the State of Florida for a house closing on 12/28/08, to be on the books of the County Record, and ready to be viewed by the public? Thanking you in advance,

Each county is different, but the clerk of courts office tends to be very prompt. I can usually look up a recorded deed the next day.

No the clerk of courts is a different department in the county government. Here is a link to the Polk county clerk of courts
