heheheh I responded on AR and I see my profile photo doesn't show up. (probably a good thing). I'm also cheap, and I'm not into paying some website to be some sort of "elite" member. I wonder if any actual real estate buyers even know about AR or care.

I don't think real estate buyers know about AR. They just google a topic and a blog post come up. That's how they find you.
I've had consumers find me from both my blog on AR and from here (and some other places, of course). I don't think one is better than the other - they're just different, is all, with different Terms of Service, and NO two places have the same TOS, I don't think. That's why you have to read the TOS when you join any forum (and I just blogged about that on AR, as well, due to this whole little brou-ha-ha).
