aw - poor glenn

I'm guessing he'll find some bullish MSM article with a random stat showing the housing market is PAST the bottom.

I want to point out that actual pending sales indicator increased 4.4% over the revised May (which was a sharp drop from April).

What is reported is the seasonly adjusted pending sales indicator was down 2.6% nationally. So while sales were up, they were not up as much as past Junes would indicate. This is the normal way to report these data, I am not disputing how it is reported. I am just pointing out that actual sales did increase.
