Hahah. I have seen some horrible listing photos before, sometimes something as lame as an ugly fence (apparently they couldn't actually take inside photos for whatever reason). I always wonder if those pics are doing more harm than good. Actually, I would rather see a drawing of the floorplan than photos anyway.
Though obviously not ideal something like that woudn't really put me off, its just clutter, obviously they just put in a new faucet maybe vanity, etc.
I'm always put off when people take really bad quality photos makes me think they dont want you to see detail. Also, I'm put off when a listing touts recently remodeled and they have one pic of the outside, if they just remodeled why wont you show me whats been done?
That is so not such a bad picture. It's a little bit of clutter - but it does show a decent looking cabinet - with drawers! plenty of room. It's not ideal but you have no idea the kind of messes I saw in the years we were looking. That's so mild.
...What kind of realtor would permit these rooms to be photographed for listings?...
You state that as if a Realtor can command a seller to clean & declutter when in fact all they can do is make recommendations. Some of your samples would likely not have been corrected if asked, while others were under the some control by the agent and could have been handled better.
