Congratulations from one recent homebuyer to another!
We bought ours in July 2010 and squeaked by on signing the contract April 28th for the April 30th contract deadline for the tax credit.
We had our share of disappointments as well:
- first house had too many repairs that were over the asking price
- next house flooded in the backyard
- next one had a seller who died
- the next one was almost lost when the seller didn't want to bring the price down to the appraisal price and we didn't have that much extra cash.
But it happened and glad! Again, congrats, you made it out of the roller coaster ride called homebuying!
