Not so much about Zillow but a practice I've noticed there. There's a house that's on and off the market every few months and we've been watching it for a couple of years (empty the entire time).
Is the same owner doing something? Or does this look like it really changed hands? How can there be a sale and relist the same day?

Zillow has listed some homes as sold that weren't really sold. It could be a data error on the part of Zillow.
