Its not for me, but as someone living in a suburb of NYC, I can see the appeal. really the dealbreaker for me is the bed, I can't deal being that closed in.

knowing a bunch of people who live in NYC the kitchen isn't a dealbreaker for at least half of the single population there.

She must not have too many "overnight guests".


Honestly it didn't look as bad as I thought it would be except for the bed. If that wa a bit lower I think I could have lived in that space when I was younger if it meant saving a lot of money and being in the part of town I wanted to be in.
