That looks about 6 X 15 feet to me. That is really very small and the price is crazy for what it contains. That is almost 8 dollars a sqaure foot of a storrage room it looks like.45 X 11 isn't that much smaller than a normal single wide trailer really. We had a 14X 48 which contained kitchen 'living room used for bunks partially plus a single bedromm. No real storage but we speep has many as 6 people easily. 6X15 is another anmal . Our local jail ceil for two is 8X12 ;96 sq ft it said the other nite on TV.Toilet ;sink;bunk beds. The showers are separate room.

Exactly! And if you add in time spent on the computer and time spent watching TV - activities which most people do sitting in one place - you'd be fine for the bulk of what you need a living space for.

If you live in NYC, and eat out often, and socialize a lot, then the tiny living space could work just fine!

I would definitely smack my head on the ceiling getting out of bed one day!

This would never work for me. I'm way too claustrophobic to be able to sleep in that bed! And all I could think when I saw that is: "How on earth does she change the sheets?!" This is only viable when you're young and in good shape.

$700 seems like a lot to have to pay for such a small space, but I sure could do it. I'm a real minimalist and could easily be comfortable in a really small space. Wish they offered these where I lived here in Florida for $200 a month or something. Perhaps it will be a rental trend in the future since so many folks are considering downsizing for economical reasons.

People have a lot of stuff they keep that they really don't use or need. For some, these things are important to them and for others they are not.

A lot of people live in storage areas.
