Felice Cohen's Manhattan studio is all of 90 square feet, and she seems to have plenty of room for all the necessities. “I think a lot of people have a lot of space that they’re not using," she explains in a video from faircompanies.

The hell with location. 90sqft for 700/month, lol. If she likes it then all the power to her. But she'll grow tired of it sooner or later.

She's been there for over three years already and I'd say that three years in any apartment, regardless of size, is a good long time. Even if she moves out tomorrow, it seems she made a good move - for her!

And to be in that part of NYC? For $700 a month? I bet a lot of people would gladly take her place!

I'm sorry but she is an idiot. My bedroom is bigger than 90 sq. feet. There is no way I would be able to live in that tiny space. Hell, prison inmates get more space. She's not proving a single thing other than NYC costs completely outrageous.

My master bedroom is 4 times that size. I dont know how she does it, I sure as heck do not think I could live in something that small.

She definitely is an idiot, and she's making these extreme sacrifices just to say that she lives in Manhattan. I've lived in NYC for many years, and I have a huge apartment that is around 10 times the size of hers (literally), in a very nice neighborhood, and only pay a little more than she does per month. There are much better deals available in the outer boroughs.

I lived on my sailboat for 6 years and I found it just perfect. OTOH it was 45' long and about 11' wide at the beam.
