Fact: If the buyer is able to close on or before the closing date, and do not want to give you an extension, you have a sale.
Fact: If there is a date for you to be out of the property at or soon after the closing date, you are by law required to be out of the property, and you do not have an extension no matter what problems you may have.
You can assume that the appraisal was satisfactory for the purchase of the home, as you have not been notified it is not.
You should start making plans to be out of the house by the closing date or occupancy date no matter what.
It is better than being evicted from the home which can happen. I have seen this happen on a few occasions when I was in he business. Your personal problems will not be taken into consideration, when this happens.
See now I thought maybe oldtrader's response was to the hijacker but then I think now it might be to the OP....the tagon post making it appear that the topic is current instead of years old. I don't understand why people don't start their own topics.
