What do you mean, "cause scratches all over?" Most people walk into a house, walk around, leave. What is it these people did that caused scratches on your floor? Was the floor so newly refinished that they should not have been walking on it at all? Did you do anything to limit access to the room? Or do you believe these people were doing something so out of the ordinary that they caused scratches you could not have foreseen?
