KEY BISCAYNE, Fla., June 12 (UPI) -- The price is right, but the ocean location, 7 miles southeast of Key Biscayne, Fla., could make required renovations pricey, lighthouse enthusiasts say.

The U.S. government is placing the 1878 Fowey Rocks Lighthouse up for adoption, but the new owner must run a non-profit group or local government and must prove it can preserve and maintain the historic lighthouse for public use, The Miami Herald reported.
