Only the closing Attorney. But we will get one if we need it. Hopefully we can get our lender to move on so that we can get this done...

Call your closing attorney and get them to sort it out. But you should never sign any contract without having an attorney check it first, ours had a lot struck from Fannie Mae's standard agreements and addendums because they weren't favorable.
I will call them.. You always think your realtor knows best and advises you on the contract...I guess lesson learned!!!
