LOL! Chrome shelving from Target.com (inexpensive but strong), Magnetic Pegboards from Amazon.com (awesome) and Overhead Storage System from Amazon.com can get anyone organized.

Zillow probably told them that.

I think so. And, if nothing else, it sure brings down your car's value and it causes damage to your car through fading (sun) and the elements. It's not aesthetically pleasing to look at cars in driveways or in streets.

I agree! Nicely done! I never said my garage LOOKED halfway decent, just that I park in there.

Nice job texasfirewheel.

Nope, I told me that. If RVs bring down values, why not cars?

Anyway, I have a new pet peeve - people who intentionally throw trash over your fence in a passive aggressive way to tick you off. Yup, happened to me last night. This is the same neighbor who is leaving his trash can sit in front of his house now for five days in advance of recycling day for no reason. He "could" just as well put it in the garage. Of course, little did he realize (I do believe), I have a floodlight in my backyard that shines right in his bedroom window. However, I turned it on as I think he's crazy. Think I heard some digging out there and I'm now wondering if a person digs far enough done under a common wall if it's possible to poison a root system of my new plants I just put in.

So I guess cars should be the LAST thing on my list of pet peeves.

hmmm
is it pure coincidence that such neighbors so often seem to find each other?

No kidding. I do believe there are likely two sides to that story.

More trashy indications:

Lots of dog poo not picked up
Garage doors left open - especially ones that are really messy or have confederate flags hung
Confederate flags displayed anywhere
carports with appliances like fridges and washers visible from the street
roofs in dire/obvious need of repair
garish house colors like flaming pinks, greens, purples, bright oranges & periwinkle
erector set-like antennae on roofs
windows with sheets for privacy v. blinds or drapes
Foreclosure No Trespass documents pasted to the front door/window
Vehicles in driveways up on cinderblocks, or with hood open
Oil stains streaking front driveways
Swimming pools with stagnant, green water

More coming.......I am a property investor, so I see a lot of these things. LOVE IT when the house as described is the only one like that in the neighborhood. I start getting images of writing a check for the place! Unfortunately, these kinds of displays tend to spread like fleas on an unwashed dog throughout neighborhoods......
