Oh, Lord, does politics have to be dragged in EVERYWHERE?
Not a Republican, not a Democrat, danged tired of BOTH making everything in life about politics one way or another and using everything to try to make political points on "the other side" as if we weren't all in this together.
I should have used the term "right-wing Republican" to narrow it down. Ted Nugent is a good example. There's a distinctly selfish personality type that latches onto conservative ideology because it most closely fits their brain patterns. See amygdala research.

I had hoped that it wouldn't devolve, again, into politics. But some people simply don't have a life and think politics absolutely MUST be dragged into everything, probably even what breakfast cereal they eat (or don't eat). Sad, really.
