Hello, All! I am a newbie! I was approached by a company www.m2wwsolutions.com to offer an online payment option for tenants on our website with ACH processing. I’m not familiar with the company…this is their site ...nor ACH and wondering if anyone has heard of them or has any general info regarding ACH as a form of payment for tenants. If so, I’d love to get feedback before I reach-out to them! Thank you!
In order to make money, the company will have to charge either you or your tenants a fee. Make sure you understand what is going on. Also, as Broker Dave said, you can probably set it up at your bank for no fee at all.
Actually, dear manderly6 and rjrcm, this question is not a "spam" . I appreciate the feedback from others on the forum about checking with my bank to find out how this may be done and what the fees will be to set-up an online payment solution on our website for our tenants. At this time, I am paying per check $9.99...I heard that ACH is much cheaper...something like .35cents per check...that's why I'll be looking into it to see what else I find out. Thank you for your responses and have a great weekend!

Don't limit yourself to that model.
Assume (with all attendant risk) that your tenants are not congenital idiots...
and that they will in fact be able to navigate their way through THEIR banks website...
to the bill pay area and then to set you up as one of their continuing obligations...
just as they are likely already doing for their electric bill and car insurance.

Thanks, good to know. It's common for new posts from "newbies" that include commercial links to be spam, and some go to great lengths to disguise them as such. Good luck on working out a payment solution for your website.
