Understand I am not as pure as the driven snow. I would have paid it under the table, off the books if it would get the deal done. Just sell my house.....LOL

I offered an extra bonus to the selling agent on my own home a couple of years ago - it was clearly disclosed & the agent rebated it to the buyer - like you, I could care less, it helped sell the house, the buyers were elated & I was able to move without worrying about an unoccupied home 1000+ miles away..

And the best part about Bonus to the selling agent is that typically the broker won't take a cut of the bonus!
