If housing market goes up, good for me.
Even if it continues doing what case & shiller's prediction...
I'll still be more than alrite because I did take note & buy accordingly to the predictions for a later bottom.

Do as you would in a stock case, buy low, sell high.

Its an election year so the government numbers will be better. There will be "feel good" stories this year. Wait for the next year to arrive and see how the markets tank.......

Here in New England I think the bubble burst a little later than it did in other parts of the country. I'm not a realtor, I'm am just a perspective buyer and I have noticed at least in my area more and more forclosures and preforclosures. Housing prices have also not shifted much since their deep decline in late 2011. I think the recovery here will be slower than other parts of the country.
