Post on craigslists about the open and take out a newspaper ad if the agent won't. Make it known there is a new lower price. Hopefully that will bring them in.
I know opens don't sell many houses but you have to try since you are committed to the new place. Even if someone comes and tells their friends about your place, it may sell.

Thanks for the tips - but we've done all of it.
Not since we lowered our price this second time.
My agent told me he wasn't going to do any more open houses. He said that open houses don't sell houses - that it's all about the price.
Can you believe it?!!?
