I am the broker for a "no name" company - no national franchise. I do have a number of agents who are mega self starters and they are focused - listings and sales.
One agent in particular knows what he wants - has set his goals - is VERY customer orientated and in 2006, I paid him over 2 million in commissions - I just ran my 3/4 quarter report yesterday - he is on track to top 2.75 million this year -
Look for the experienced agent first - company second - just my thoughts
