If I can't occupy my house within 60 days is there a requirement to notify FNMA about the extenuating circumstances beforehand? We purchased the house & are working to make it habitable, but probably won't get done before late spring. We purchasd it with cash & we're not going to rent it out, we simply won't be using it as our primary resident yet. I'm always worried about poking the Beauracracy and causing trouble if they're not likely to notice that we haven't moved in yet. But, if there's a requirment to notify them I'd rather not get into trouble just because I didn't know the rules. Thanks.
