Do flat fee listings really get into MLS? Any experiences?

Imagine this...inspector tells buyer there is a "fungus" in the crawl space. Buyer freaks out...thinking "MOLD!". Realtor EXPLAINS that it is somewhat common in the south but has dealt with this before and knows WHO to call and can ADVISE and EDUCATE buyer.

Any knowledgeable SELLER (who happens to live in the coastal south) can explain and educate/irradicate the same problems.

Too many real estate agents seem to think of themselves as "gods" and that buyers and sellers are uneducated, in-experienced podunks.

I really don't know any agents that think of themselves as "Gods".

I think the successful agents are those that are genuinely interested in helping their buyers and their sellers.

As I have said many times, my buyers are smart and that is one of the reasons they don't want to deal directly with a seller.

Maybe it is different in different areas.
