Tell them you will gave the letter faxed to them Mon. When I made a cash offer, I did not have the letter in hand.

It takes 20 seconds to modify an approval letter. Another 20 seconds to email it. You don't need an approval letter before you make the offer, you need it when you make the offer on a specific house.

If your lender is bugged by this trivial task, you need a new lender.

I was just reading that the best time to make an offer is on Tuesday so I guess I won't worry about it for now, but thanks everyone for your comments!
