The final walkthrough is for you to go through the house and make sure that nothing about the house has changed from when you signed the original contract to purchase. If things are not as you expected, then you will want to present that information to the seller's realtor now or at closing. If everything is okay, then it really doesn't matter if they were there (Although, if you had a scheduled appointment to meet them there, and they were a 'no-show', it's poor business and you should clearly tell them so.)
BTW, You didn't happen to 'blow-off' the final walkthrough, did you? If so, you are blaming the wrong person.
No, we showed up for the final walkthrough appointment, but our buyer's agent didn't. - nor would she answer the phone. So we didn't get to do the final walkthrough.
Since the house was occupied, we -really- want to go through it again and make sure there was no damage related to moving out.

The seller and/or their agent refused to let you in without your agent there?

why the agent didn't meet you there is a side show issue.
don't get distracted by it.
If you want to buy the house... do the walk through.
If your agent couldn't be there for the final walk through, she could have had a representative from her office go on her behalf. I agree with manderly6 that you should try to contact her broker directly ASAP.

In my neck of the woods neither would be present.
