congratulations jenne on accepting the offer! Hopefully the inspection will go smoothly. i've got my fingers crossed for you on that. DMenscha, did that REALLY happen! I think that buyer had a few screws missing.

I kid you not on the screws. Obviously the seller didn't hire an electrician to do the work, but at closing all the screws were vertical. I'm not even going to go into how the paperwork was
