Can anyone give me some positive advice on how to get my home that is for sale in Albany, georgia in front of some folks from other arias looking for a cheap place to live. A fair market price for my home would be chunk-change to some of the folks now homeless from san diego, or from a large city that may be looking for a 2nd home, a cheap place to live, or a real estate investment.
Thank You.

Try craigslist

It's free and you can add photos. It's a very popular site.

Hire a good Realtor that focuses on internet marketing.

I would advertise in their markets, put out an online ad in the papers where you think the people would benefit from moving to your home. Also be sure to add in why the neighborhood and the town would be good for them, not just the price of the house.

Try infotube.com, craigslist, zillow.com, iggyshouse.com (iggyshouse will give you a free MLS listing if you aren't currently listed with a realtor), militarybyowner.com is really good in GA, also!

Where are you moving by the way? We're in Byron, GA...

Cute house!

Why on earth are you in the san diego version of craigslist? The Atlanta version would do you much better. If I'm looking for property in a specific area, I'm looking at the local craigslist.
