While it is great that she did get under contract this quickly this time, I believe it went on the market a while back. That is not to say things would have went any different with a real estate agent.

We listed 2 weeks ago. We did have it on the market about 5 years ago when the market crashed and decided to pull it. It was a FSBO but the buyer's had a realtor that wrote up the contract.
