You could use the same system if you are willing to get licensed as a realtor and pay the annual fees associated. Hardly the definition of a monopoly.

The realtor sells her time and knowledge.You received a service from her and you are obligated. Or, she'll see you in court.

It was better than calling him a troll or something. From a strictly academic standpoint, I just wonder how some folks rationalize their mistreatment of others.

Only to be a buyer's agent.

Seller Sub-agency requires only a disclosure. Working with Real Estate Agents.

You can always start your own listing service.

Zillow will probably dominate the non-agent listing arena since you can already put your listing on there for like $50.
