Well, considering this entire thread is about people buying and selling their "main home", just admit that you were wrong and don't try to obfuscate the issue.

The fees vary here as well. The latest closing fee at $450 was abnormally high--perhaps due to the complexities and price of the property. In the closing before that the closing fee was only $175; the average closing fees are usually around $200.

Absent prorated property taxes, the closing fees paid by my cash buyers are usually limited to the title company closing fee and the recording fees.
