OP: This buyer can give you his pre-approval letter if he has one. If that's going to make him "walk away", then he was never a buyer in the first place. Why on earth would your realtor act like that's normal?

I'm actually more concerned about your realtor at this point - she's jerking you around, and I wouldn't trust her. What kind of realtor discourages a seller from pushing for a signed purchase contract as soon as possible?

Thank you all for your advices.

Apparently, the realtor got in touch with "buyer"; they now want see the apartment one final time (hopefully over the weekend) then sign the contract.

I will wait. If that doesn't happen I will look for a different relator.
