Don't feel sorry for him, he is obviously doing well to afford a $600k house and is moving for a better job. He will be fine.

I dont agree. He WAS doing well. Now he is on the verge of losing 200K+ just because some idiot spread the rumor of a fake bullet

He bought for $600k he already dropped the price 10% roughly 60k this is a far from $300k of a 1/2 price offer, he paid 35% off which leaves close to 400k balance, and he is considering walking away and foreclosing. Plus he has been trying to sell for 2.5 years.

This doesn't make much sense to me, is he trying to do a for sale by owner. Can you get either his address or the address of one of these other homes that sold for 600k a few blocks away. Something just doesn't seem right here.

Somehow I think the bullet is a major red herring.

Good Question...I dont know. He did say it was in the news. Also he said you can see the shooting range signs while driving to his house.

If you don't want to post it, how about just send it in a direct message so the whole world doesn't see it.

Interesting...He did an appraisal. The appraiser did not consider the range for pricing, although he mentioned it in the report....630K. The house is listed at 590K. I am guessing appraisal value does not hold much ground.
