I haven't seen much inventory at this price range or even significantly above this price range lately. But heard starting in March, more inventory will become available. Just wondering if $750K is a reasonable price for a 2br/2bth 1200+Sq Ft house on the west side at this price in LA. Areas I'm targeting include Mar Vista, West LA, Santa Monica.
