Seriously, the relatively few open houses where they had the cookie thing going on were all awful properties -- the Axe body spray of home selling.

Well, here's how it turned out. This is a "butler's pantry". The realtor liked this array of high end martini and margarita fixings. For showings there has been a small dish with limes. Counter is 6' long. It's pretty far from cluttered IMO, the next step would be a completely clear counter. Went on market last Friday, lots of showings. Somebody visited 3x, highly probable that we'll have an offer within a day or 2.
