Well..... trulia, zillow and realtor.com all pull data from MLS. So all your realtor did was enter it into MLS and all those websites got your listing automatically. Realtor didnt lift a finger.

If your agent has entered it in the MLS I will go the Zillow, Trulia, and may other sites, did the against do a visual tour, do they have a good website, when you enter your address in Google.com does it come up often. 92% of my buyers come from the internet. Are you priced at the fair market value, or higher, that will hold a sale up, buyers are very savvy today.
