Does anyone have any personal experiences with Orleans homebuilders? Every builder has complaints (Pulte, Ryland, etc) I realize Orleans went bankrupt back in 2011 and then got bought but they kept the same name. This is the Illinois division, so I am assuming they use skilled union labor, which is probably better than other states. Thanks for your help!!
