Depending on the interest rate, when is it too soon to refinance? Let's say we closed in Dec at 6% (locked about 30 days prior) on a 15 year and I could get 4.98 on a refinance......depending on closing costs (if there are any) is it worth the refinance...and we have more than 20% equity.

I refinanced about 2 months after purchasing for a much, much lower rate...

For me it was well worth it
