These are horrible. I follow listings in my neighborhood and one just came up with a incorrect address!! A week later still not fixed! How dumb and that realtor needs to be fired big time.
I've ended relationships over not putting the toilet seat down.... do you know how many germs fly around in the air when you flush with the lid open? Dummies.....
LOL about the toilet seat left up. I am looking for homes in the Boca Raton area and have run into all photo craziness. I think the worst I have seen is a bathroom with blue tape blocking the sink and holding the toilet closed. Why Why Why post that? It's weird when they take that fisheye type picture. I guess they want to make the room look bigger but it doesn't work. The sq footage is in the listing. Doh!
The funny thing is a found a house I like because my realtor decided to show it to me. I saw it in person and liked it. Then she says "the woman that listed this always gets a lot of attention because of her photos." I went online and looked and the place looked like everything was just installed and cleaned yesterday. lol Yes, the actual house has nice wood floors but the pics make it look like you have to put a pair of sunglasses on because of the glare. I was glad I saw it person before I saw the pics online.

Usually that's done when the water is shut off, to prevent anyone from using the toilet (although you'd be surprised at the morons who do ...).
I agree that the pictures would best be taken before the fixtures are taped off, but sometimes things can't be helped.
