Yup. And an agent who thinks they are being artsy or edgy to stand out. Not when every other bad photographer with an iphone is doing the same thing buddy.

One solution to this is to take the photos yourself.

When I sold my first house, the realtor took the pictures and from the looks of it, he spent maybe 15 minutes at the house and took the dozen or so pictures with his cell phone. The pictures were blurry, the lighting was lousy, and framing of the rooms wasn't that great. To top it off, he wrote a few short generic sentences to describe the house. When I was selling my second house, I got a new realtor and just in case, I went over there during the afternoon so there would be lots of natural light and took hundreds of pictures. I put the best 25 pictures on a CD and gave it to the realtor along with a list of points to highlight in the description. Had an offer on the second showing after two days on the market.
