"Spanish" or "Spanish-speaking" and OP's trying not to get flamed on here for complaining about them?
I'm in the exact same boat (Mexicans, loud Mariachi music, trash everywhere, all-night parties, a million babies running around, junky cars, knee-high grass, standing water, windows broken out, constantly calling city codes -- all on a shared driveway, no less).
Nine months on the market, seven showings (they drive by and keep on driving).
Like yours, my realtor would blame minor issues ("kitchen not updated to granite") rather than name the problem that shall not be named in PC circles.
You have my empathy. In your case, although it doesn't sound that bad, people with that much money to spend will spend it elsewhere rather than even take a chance on your place.

I dunno why there would be an issue. The Spanish are white after all. Unless of course they're not even Spanish and you're an ignorant American who mistakes the word "Hispanic" with "Spanish" but that can't be a possibility now can it (:
Everyone who isn't African American or Asian is "white" (Caucasian is all that's left) if you get down to the most basic classification, but then you can't play that race card.
"On the other hand, maybe you should advertise your house in a Spanish-language publication and sell it to other Puerto Ricans."
Good idea, but sorry! Although that would make perfect sense and maybe even work, it would be illegal for his realtor to do this and "racist" of him to ask his realtor to do this...

"Spanish speaking" does not automatically mean "ethnically hispanic" (though it often does).
For example, I am white, but I speak fluent spanish. Maybe he and the realtor could just say they were targeting a language group, not a race?

It is not illegal to advertise in a Spanish Language publication, as long as it is the same type ad as ran in English Language publications. Quite common in many parts of the country and considered good marketing. Especially in places like California, where Hispanics out number Caucasian population.
Hey, maybe he could get Trump to buy it and send it to Mexico...
