The listing says 2.5 baths, but the description says 1.5, So I would call.

Another vote for a full or 3/4 bath instead of 1/2. I would use it for the pets/fish etc. But ideally master has en suite, all other bedrooms can share a bath and then another for guests near the front door/living area.

Builders skimp wherever they can and this is one way.
