I will be soon be taking my real estate exam in the state of MS, does anyone have any advice or tips on preparing for it?

I took a cram course that really helped narrow down important questions. The cram class was 2 (4) hour sessions. Costs about 150 bucks. Passed first time with a 86.
Took this in Alabama a few years ago(back in TX now), and the failure rate was something like 50-60% on the first try so I was very happy with the course.
