I would like some feedback from anyone that has bought a home in the last year or so at Bridgewater, Anderson Homes, Holly Springs, NC. We are about to start a new build in the coming weeks and would like to know what others think of the area and houses'. Was anyone able to negotiate with the builder for any goodies in a weak sellers market recently??? I have looked into the Landfill site briefly but not too concerned. Shoud I be?? Also with the new I-540 build in the future I only feel it would add to the value of the property. Would you agree. Do you think there would be a big noise issue??

Any help appreciated.

FYI,

I wouldn't expect I-540 to come through Holly Springs anytime soon. That project is out of money and dead in the water right now. It will be at least 10 years if not longer before the next section is funded and completed.

Default New info on homes in bridgewater community

My family has just recently relocating to the Raleigh/Durham area... we like Holly Springs and would like to find some new communities in the $200-$230 range. Does any know of any that have homes with great quality and space for our family of 6. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
