Typical Mid-century ranch, I'd say. The price is mind-boggling but I am sure that the house is worth a lot more than 750K right now. Try Yucaipa and parts of Riverside for homes like that with better price tags.

Here is what you could get in my neck of the woods for the 750K price tag:

Really? It looks like a trailer in a bad suburb for meth addicts.

Any in Raleigh? I like that place because it's close to where the Andy Griffith show took place

I know there are places where this would sell for 200,000. Where would they be? Any in California or would you be looking at Nashville/Portland/etc?
I'm very curious.
That's a pretty broad question. I wouldn't be surprised if every metro in the union had houses like that, and almost all of them had some for under 200k. Throw a couple darts at a map of the US and ask on the matching city forums, or something?

There are many places where this would sell for $50,000.

For $200,000 you could buy this just about anywhere.

There is a lot of mid century modern in Las Vegas, Palm Desert, and Palm Springs. It was very popular there. I just looked and there is a little run down house that looks a lot like OP's photo for $96,000 in Las Vegas.

I think that with a little careful shopping, you could come up with something decent for $200,000 in Las Vegas.

Here's a list of the ones for sale. Several in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. https://www.google.com/fusiontables/...kTFI#rows:id=1

How is that in any way comparable to a Mid Century Modern?
